Our services may include workflow automation, AI-powered intake systems, appointment scheduling automation, CRM integrations, communication workflows, dashboards, and related operational technology solutions.

Certain services may require recurring subscriptions, setup fees, implementation fees, or custom project fees. By purchasing a subscription or service, you authorize Tervion.ai or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees according to the selected plan or written agreement.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscription plans may continue until canceled according to the terms provided at checkout, in your agreement, or through the applicable payment platform.
Tervion.ai may integrate with third-party providers including Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, Stripe, Supabase, and Cloudflare. Your use of third-party tools, accounts, software, or platforms may also be governed by those providers’ own terms, privacy policies, and service conditions.
To deliver automation services, Tervion.ai may require access to selected business systems, accounts, tools, or data sources. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the authority to provide such access and that the information submitted or connected to our workflows complies with applicable laws and internal business policies.
We strive to maintain reliable service performance; however, Tervion.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service availability may depend on third-party platforms, internet connectivity, system maintenance, API changes, hosting providers, or client-controlled systems.
Tervion.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, automation services, integrations, or related technology solutions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tervion.ai’s total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable service during the period giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these terms, non-payment, misuse of services, unlawful activity, security concerns, or conduct that may harm Tervion.ai, our systems, our clients, or third-party providers.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Tervion.ai services after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
